Course Overview
This 18-hole course is a 6500-yard championship layout consisting of Bermuda Grass tees, fairways, and greens. Purposefully placed water hazards and tight fairways combined with the softly-rolling countryside and existing wooded areas, make for a challenging round of golf for players of all abilities.
Hole 1Hole 1 is a 370-yard par four. A monster drive will be rewarded with a chance to start off with a birdie. Back to Map Hole 2Hole 2 is a 185-yard par three. This hole is a great way to test your nerves at the start of your round. When the wind is blowing hole 2 can be tricky. Back to Map Hole 3Hole 3 is a 397-yard straightaway par four. At first glance this is an easy par but looks can be deceiving. Watch out for the pond on the right! Back to Map Hole 4Here is another long par four. At 409-yards, Hole 4 plays like a par five. Advanced players can go for the green in two but on this hole most players will have to lay up. Back to Map Hole 5Nicknamed “Dead Mans Curve”, Hole 5 is a 560-yard par five. “Texas Golfer” deemed this hole “hardest hole of the month” in 1999. Back to Map Hole 6At 296-yards, Hole 6 is a short par four. A good drive will put you in position to hit the elevated green. Back to Map Hole 7Hole 7 is a 200-yard par three. This is a difficult hole with Timberview Dr. running along the left and a pond to the right. Back to Map Hole 8Hole 8 is a long par four playing 425-yards. A long drive will give you a 200-yard shot to the beautiful tucked away green that is protected by a creek on the right. Back to Map Hole 9Hole 9 is a 517-yard par five. Get your drive through the narrow opening in the trees and you will have a good chance at a birdie on this hole. Back to Map Hole 10Hole 10 is a 359-yard par four. Stay in the middle of the fairway on your drive, too far left and you will end up in the drink. Back to Map Hole 11Hole 11 is a par four measuring 343-yards. This is a fairly easy hole with a good chance for birdie. Back to Map Hole 12Hole 12 is another long par four that measures 415-yards. A good drive is a must if you want a chance to hit the green in two. Back to Map Hole 13Hole 13 is a 428-yard par four. A par is a good score on this hole. Back to Map Hole 14Hole 14 is a par three playing 140 yards with a green that slopes from back to front. This is a good hole to score. Back to Map Hole 15Hole 15 is a par three that plays 180-yards over “Mushroom Gulch”. This intimidating hole requires nerves of steel. Back to Map Hole 16Hole 16 is a 361-yard par four; you will need an accurate drive to put yourself in a position to hit the green in two. Back to Map Hole 17Hole 17, a par five, is the longest hole on the course at 505-yards. A good drive will put you in position for a tempting 200-yard shot to the green over “Mushroom Gulch”. …Good luck! Back to Map Hole 18Hole 18 is a par four playing 305-yards.
